This vintage started with a warm and dry spring, the driest on record in many places. Strong winds caused damage across the state. Rainfall was mixed but with a couple of rain events in mid January and February. Summer temperatures were noticeably cooler, with 35 days below 20°C. Rain event during vintage, luckily we picked the day before the rain at the end of March.
